My role tends to change day to day depending on what is required.
Most recently, our primary focus has been lead generation, which has prioritized most of time to cold-calling prospects as well as helping train new cold-calling team members.
These prospects that we cold call I will also meet with and close after they are verified and converted into a warm lead.
