Production Operator: Front Bumper Assembly

• Pre-Inspect: Inpection of Pacifica, Voyager, Charger/Challenger Bumper Shells to ensure product can be assembled within standard specifications.

• Voyager Assembly

- Installation of Clips, Side Markers

- Snap Machine: Installation of Lower & upper Grille

- Wire Harness Installation

• Pacifica Assembly

- Punch & Weld Machine: Install Sensor Bracket

- Wheel Welder Machine: Installation of Wheel Liner Brackets

- Installation of Clips, Side Markers

- Strap Cutter Machine: Cuts & Removes excess pieces from Shell

- Snap Machine: Installation of according Upper & Lower Grilles

- Wire Harness Installation

- Installation of Fog Lights

• Charger/Challenger Assembly (LB /ICE)

- Punch & Weld Machine: Install Sensor Brackets

- Strap Machine: Remove Excess Pieces from Shell

- Rotary Welder: Installation of Wheel Liner, Battery, Attachment Brackets & Top Spoiler Cover

- Splinter Machine: Installation of Splinter

- Grille Press Machine: Installation of Grilles, Side Markers, Sensors

- Wire Harness, Attachment Brackets, EA Installation, Applicay Installation

- Line Assembly: Spoiler, Light Bar, Faux Bar, Weather Strip Installation, Emblem, Camera, Aerodynamic Flap Installation.

- E-Test: Load Assembled Challenger/Charger Shell into Test Machine. Plug Attachments into Wireharness and scan shipping label, the machine will activate to ensure everything works correctly before final expectations. Once passed, attach printed label and attach/place beside Shipping Label

- Final Expection: Inspection of Completed Bumper and Ensuring everything from Assembly from beginning to end passed safely within Shipping requirements to Customer.

• Maintained work orders for repairs in apartments
• Painted units, hallways and elevators
• Repaired drywall, installed electrical outlets, light switches, countertops, doors, sink faucets, etc
• Prepared all units for new tenants

• Made sure the halls, restrooms, kitchen and bar area were clean, stocked and organized at all times
• Set up seating/table arrangements before events
• Tended to the bar making drink orders during events
• Served food and beverages to guests

• Provided outreach services in various communities regarding revitalisation projects
• Promoted variety of workshops and resources to tenants
• Worked with tenants and other animators to provide blueprints and models of the projects to meet their needs
