• Instructing curling to children on ice in communities across Alberta.
• The Ready to Rock Program is designed to reach underrepresented communities within the sport and introduce them to curling.
• In 2021-2022, I taught approximately 200 children at 5 different Curling facilities throughout Southern Alberta. (Milo Curling Club, Sylvan Lake Curling Centre, Crossfield Curling Club, Inglewood Golf & Curling Club).

Responsible for instructing the sport of curling to children in schools across Southern Alberta. This is through the Rocks and Rings program presented by Egg Farmers of Canada.

• My responsibilities in this position include the following:
• Delivering FloorCurl equipment to schools.
• Instruct professional development courses for educators to become comfortable with the equipment.
• Instruct children ages 5-13 the basics of the sport of curling, and presenting it in a fun and interactive method that comes right to the gymnasium, no ice involved.
• In 2022, I was fortunate to be selected to be the lead instructor in a Curling Day in Canada segment of TSN showcasing the program.

• Passionate about growing youth curling in Alberta through innovative programs, coach development, and community partnerships.
• Founded the Youth Triples Showdown, attracting 74 participants in its inaugural year.
• Secured a successful Every Kid Can Play grant to fund Rocks & Rings in 30 communities (2025-2026).
• Led the training of 145 new coaches through the Club Coach and Club Coach Youth programs in one season expanding grassroots coaching capacity.
• Managed and executed high-impact youth programs, including Ready to Rock, Hit Draw Tap, U-15 RockFest, and Girls Rock, Triples Circuit and Rocks and Rings.

• Responsible for operating a sporting goods store and handling staffing schedules, fostering relationships with curling centers, and scheduling and traveling to pop-up stores to sell equipment.
• In the 2021-2022 curling season and my first season as Team Lead of the store, we surpassed the annual sales goal by 3% with not all curling centers open in the area due to COVID-19, and completely part-time staff including myself because I was attending university full-time.

• Responsible for the planning and execution of Curl with a Rock Jock, the annual fundraiser for the Canadian Sport Institute Alberta.
• Through my personal connections, I was able to secure $10,000 in partnerships for the event and $8,000 in silent auction donations.

• As a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship, I am working with the Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee to organize the Commonwealth Youth Games which are happening August 4-11 2023 in Trinidad and Tobago.

• Responsible for coordinating "Curl with a Rock Jock," a one-day charity curling bonspiel featuring 24 Olympians/Paralympians, 8 professional curlers, and 96 corporate participants.
• Through my connections, I secured $2,000 in donations for the event and $5,000 in corporate partnerships.

Responsible for assisting in the coordination of a Canada-wide golf series with 10,000 participants annually.

• Some of my responsibilities are:
• Coordinating with the National Marketing Manager of RBC, Regional Marketing Managers, and RBC Teams to ensure an enjoyable event.
• Coordinating golf tournaments with up to 200 players, volunteers, and sponsors.
• Ensuring that all stakeholder needs are met and everyone is satisfied with the RBC PGA of Canada Scramble.

Responsible for leading a team of 14 employees at Valley Ridge Golf Club.

• Ensuring customers' unique needs are met and preparing them for their game of golf.
• Maintaining golf carts and equipment to ensure the highest level of safety and quality.
• Providing assistance with loading and unloading customer bags upon arrival and completion of their round.
• Assisting with tournament preparation, ensuring that all aspects of events ran smoothly.
