Worked the store, to correct their E-Commerce metrics which resulted in increasing from 1.5 Stars to 3.5 Stars.

• Partnering with departments on their OOS, and in-stock conditions to lower OOS.
• Partnered with SD/ASD on coaching and developing shoppers to increase PPH.
• Hired and on-boarded 3 shoppers that are working over 80 PPH while keeping 4 Star Metrics.

• Working with Store Management, trained, and setup new E-Commerce departments ensuring that all best practices where being followed.
• Kept in touch with HSDMs and assisted with information on driving PPH, and OOS.
