  • Lead our operation teams on the day to day execution; developed effective process for the team to always achieve their KPI month over month.
  • Overhauled terminal operating plans to allow better use of assets, improve safety, and allow for additional business to be brought on.
  • Applied out of the box solutions improve the efficiency of our maintenance programs, keeping projects within budget and on time.
  • During my time in these locations I took part in revising operating plans to lower daily.

  • Joined management team in Melville, SK to oversee all operational requirements for the territory from ThePas, MB to Regina, SK to Watrous, SK to Rivers, MB - 600+ miles of rail line.
  • Moved to the BC South team in July 2016 – Started with operations in North Vancouver managing the day to day operation and safety of the terminal.
  • Dec 2016 was taken out on 'special project' to plan and implement new operations at the Vancouver Waterfront. Taking a key role in Waterfront intermodal development (2017 CN President’s Award Winners).
  • March 2017 again taken out on 'special project' to overturn intermodal operations from Canadian Pacific at Roberts Bank, Delta port. Taking key roles in joint venture of operations with Toronto Terminal Railway, CN , and CP.
  • Daily duties included; Terminal planning, handling customer service requirements, presenting on a variety of conference calls engaging many departments and customers to maintain a working plan for all parties, Engage and oversee all operating employees, report to senior leaders and VPs with any operational challenges that are presenting - including recovery plans and impacts, create daily reports, investigate accidents and injuries, productivity downloads, conduct formal employee statements, engage with union leaders on a variety of topics, and other required tasks.
