
Growing up I always knew that cooking, catering and servicing others was my purpose, Whether that be through cooking dinner, catering events and or working a small register I knew this was the path for me. I believe this opportunity to work here if granted will help me gain valuable experience that will be a crucial stepping stone for me to pursue higher achievements in the culinary industry.
I alongside my classmates worked long volunteer hours under our catering teacher and certified chef Leena Hung, whether it was prepping food for staff breakfasts, town hall meetings, or sports meets I gained valuable experience whilst working under Chef Hung.
Operated snack register at school dances, facilitating sales during Valentine's Day and Christmas themed events over 8 hours.
