• Direct coordination with investors like GSV Ventures, BeeNext, 021 Capital and PI Opportunities
• Analyzed and created business reports across different businesses of BCH for better business insights and finding improvement areas.

Key Assignments Handled in Legal(M&A/PE/VC):

• Played stellar role in single handedly working on Singapore and Vietnam based involving private equity, acquisition transaction of two edtech companies amounting to USD 15 Mn
• Managed all negotiations from scratch till closing including but not limited to working on Share Purchase Agreement, term sheets, Capital Contribution Transfer Agreement, due diligence findings, share allotments, statutory approvals.
• Worked on an Indian acquisition of an edtech company by way of IP Assignment & Asset Transfer and managed the negotiations from scratch till the closing including but not limited to working on the transaction documents, term sheet, due diligence findings etc
• Worked on a Malaysian acquisition of SAAS edtech company amounting to USD 11 Mn
• Worked on another Indian acquisition of an edtech company amounting to USD 2 Mn, drafted transaction documents in-house.
• Managed three secondary share transfers amounting to USD 4 Mn thereby working on share purchase agreements, deed of adherence and negotiating with parties, Rofo notices, AVM consents, share transfers etc
• Worked on primary Series A funding round securing USD 53 Mn for BCH, round was led by Prem Ji Invest.
• Handled negotiations, SHA, SSA, investor rights, restricted matters, compliance, Due diligence findings etc
• Managing all compliances related to shareholders’ agreement (SHA) with investors

• Managing all overseas and Indian trademarks applications for all group entities with consultants.
• Completed all integrations between various acquired entities as per business plans within defined timelines
• Contract management for all departments with standardization of agreements wherever required/possible inter-alia Service Agreements, MOU’s, Founder’s Employment Agreement, Non-Disclosure agreements and Consultancy Agreements
