  • Preparing Project Bids: Review end-user’s specifications in bid packages and develop a sourcing strategy with a clear understanding of how to optimize profitability to Van Leeuwen and add value to the customers

  • Compile and submit project proposal packages to customers for review as well as finalize negotiations through Technical and Commercial clarifications
  • Project Execution: Review project purchase order pricing, agree to technical specifications, commercial terms, and conditions and documentation requirements before accepting the purchase order
