• Managed a caseload of [25] center-based early childhood programs and approximately [40] home-based early childhood programs, including conducting regular visits and answering phone calls and emails
• Provided on-site technical assistance and support to assigned caseload of sites focused on implementation appropriate COVID-19 health protocols and other health protocols such as daily health screenings, asthma and allergy management, and proper use of PPE
• Reviewed health records of students and documented site visit findings in a central database, following up with consultation and support for programs that were missing information
• Staffed the Early Childhood Telenursing line, providing telephonic support to programs/providers who called with questions
• Kept abreast of shifting health and safety updates and policies as they relate to early childhood, including encouraging and supporting program leaders in COVID vaccine compliance
