A scheme known as the "Alternative Smoking Products Transhipment Control Scheme" was planned to be launched to cater for the rising operational needs by Hong Kong Customs to uphold control on this type of cargoes for trade facilitation while ensuring proper control.

Within a 3-month period, my supervisors recognized my creativity, dedication and thorough understanding of business workflow and technical design to meet the official launch date of the Scheme and ensured smooth operation.
