Engaged with Quality Improvement team FHA key quality PSQ. Engaged with staff to support these quality improvements, Developed a Unit Quality Council team is meeting monthly supporting patient mobilization "Walk and Talk at 2'oclock"

Trialing patient white boards to increase patient and family engagement and understanding of hospital stay
