A Supply Chain Management position, utilizing solid Canadian education and experience in logistic, inventory management, distribution, demand and supply planning.

• Strong comprehension of end to end supply chain processes from production to the end customer in Manufacturing, Distribution, FMCG cosmetic, Foods, Pharmaceutical and Spirits industries.
• Successful history of intensive data analysis, root cause analysis and data validation from diverse sources of sales forecast, actual sales, projected inventory level, in transit shipment, inventory reconciliation and stock allocation.
• Solid experience on working with supply chain scenarios of stock rationing, out of stock, capacity constraint, shipment expedition, production issues, warehouse moving and supply chain optimization.
• Practical knowledge of ERP-Oracle J.D.Edwards; JDA-Manugistics, SAP and Power BI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Strategic thinking with challenge assumptions, different future possibilities, focus on what is important, and probe all useful sources of information.

• Managed replenishment process at 10 FGs 3PLs distribution centers.
• Conducted year end cycle count at Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Finish Goods and POSM at 3PL warehouses.
• Coordinated Supply Chain system integration & physical warehouse migration.
• Employed Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) project for new business line.
• Conducted monthly S&OP with interaction among multi-functions among 3 departments.
• Managed strategic supplier panel in whole department & made decision on allocation.

• Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals & discuss all elements of demand and supply for both short and long term planning cycles.
• Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy, working capital, stock provision); supply chain scorecard including slow moving, obsolescence, floor stock, sailing stock and fulfill rate for budgeting and operational reports.
• Relate and measure the impact of forecast accuracy commit on sales forecast accuracy target of portfolio
• Evaluate and measure actual forecast performance against objectives/plan
• Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast & inventory.
• Identify opportunities for improvement & implement improvement processes to reduce inventory value and non-value-added activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identifies proactive solutions to manage inventory excesses or shortages, aiming to prevent future occurrences.
• Implement effective and cost-efficient inventory deployment practices to ensure the right quantities are available at the right place and time while minimizing overall inventory cost (holding + obsolescence).
• Coordinate efficient replenishment of FG inventory from manufacturing plants to distribution centers.
• Support important commercial activities such as product launches, seasonal builds, promotions, and rotations by executing an inventory deployment strategy for maximum product availability.
• Use and maintain the supply chain software such as item master maintenance, periodical price set up, vendor creation, forecasting, inventory movement or DRP planning.
• Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand/ inventory/ shipment planning processes and systems.
• Manage distributor performance on custom clearance, stock reconciliation, damage, shortage, expiry or annual stock take.
• Build solid relations with suppliers and by undergoing joint planning regarding stock levels, Lead Time and financial concerns.
• Negotiate the capacity and requirements for production and storage with suppliers and manage them on their application.
• Establish & follow up macro and micro plans (capacity plan, production plan, shipment plan, development plan...) with suppliers.
• Closely coordinate and communicate action plans with Manufacturing, Supply, Quality, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Team, 3PL Logistic/Transportation and Distribution Centers to support the ongoing and continuous improvement of OTIF ( On Time in Full) goal.
• Work closely with regulatory & QA team on visa, product import license, SIQ approval & timelines, artwork & leaflet update.
