I took over and expanded an existing family business that had been operating for over 25 years. Acquired and increased client base to include Sony, Lionsgate, Namco, Univision, Entravision, DVS Shoes, Circa Shoes and The Petersen Automotive Museum.

• Supervised internal and external staff, including production and shipping personnel, national sales representatives, and local contractors and vendors.
• Handled house sales, creation of advertising/promotions/public-relations materials, bookkeeping, inventory management and correspondence. Maintained computer data systems.

During my time at O'Neal we saw a 300% increase in revenue while my department oversaw all aspects of procurement (domestic and international).

• Handled all purchasing and production globally.
• Duties included regular international travel, sourcing out new vendors, enforcing all vendor compliance and managing all international shipping.
• Managed all key aspects of procurement of collateral items from external vendors following established Benefit Operations and supply chain objectives (logistic, inventory…).
• Managed the product development phase from the creative part internally to the development with the vendors to assure quality products and reliable on time delivery.
• Responsible for the transfer prices in respect of the target of the company.
• Developed purchasing / supply chain collateral processes in order to continuously follow the business development.
• Identified and analyzed opportunities to competitively bid to achieve the lowest total cost.
• Achieve target: yearly savings, cost avoidance, inventory, transportation cost.
• Tracking of the key department metrics, including sourcing, value analysis, tooling cost, savings, inventory, transportation cost.

• Coordinated production and determined job priorities in order to achieve maximum utilization of equipment and personnel.
• Developed work procedures and implement standards company wide.
• Prepared printing specifications for printshop, obtained bids and recommended contract awards; responsible for accuracy, design, color, format alignment and legibility.
• Conferred with departments and advised regarding job specifications on requested work as to appropriate format, type of paper to use and color combinations; estimated cost of jobs for departments.
• Conferred with clients requesting graphic design or layout work, designs, create and input graphics, illustrations and text into computerized system.
• Directed preparation of layouts for various informational pamphlets, brochures, newsletters and other publications and printed material.
• Advised director, sales staff and editor of solutions to technical problems, production schedule and other issues related to the publication.

Managed all sales, purchasing, merchandising, inventory control and customer service for the Big Island of HI.
