I have many years of skills and experience in several fields of employment. From the automotive sector with manufacturing / assembly to the construction field , new builds and renovations.Ive more recently gained some knowledge in food handling/packaging and the printing industry with the operating and setup of screen and a flexographic presses.I have trained and worked on many types of machines and machinery. Experience with heavy metal stamping and extrusion presses . I am well versed in lockout and tagout procedures. I've held licenses for forklift, cranes and Working at Heights certification. Taken several courses over the years including W.H.I.M.I.S.,O.H.S.A. and Emergency Response Courses. All have been upgraded since 1986,and some put into practice . Along with my daily use of hand, air and power tools,I bring over 30 years of hands on experience to the table. With a strong work ethic,an eye for quality and knowledge of different but safe methods to speed production.I know the importance of meeting daily quotas. I can step in and start working on 95% of machines with minimal to no training. If I do need to train,I will learn by lunchtime. I've always had a positive outlook in life. Most importantly being my family,my wife and children making up the majority of my personal life, but also the importance my worklife plays. Trying to do the best job possible, sending out as flawless a product as possible. This of course means satisfied customers, happy profitable owners , and proud confident employees. All of which could easily mean decent wages, better job security, less stress and a happier life for myself and the company.I understand that doing a job halfway by cutting corners or having poor quality items leave the plant, will no doubt get you home faster. It could very well keep you at home for good. I know that working on my own or with other employees, towards achieving the highest quality, steadiest productivity, on the most efficient schedule with a fluid, smooth process, is key to our prosperity and success. This I can truly say,has always made me feel like I have accomplished something to be proud of! Now it is absolutely even more important,as jobs become more scarce. On time production and top notch quality must be at the forefront to stay winners.I would so very much appreciate an opportunity to impress to you ,how my knowledge, skills and unwavering commitment, will certainly make a difference!Sincerely, Troy. T. Pyne.
