• Submittals and RFIs: Collaborate with the APM and PM to assist in the submission of project submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs). Continuously in communication with architects.
• Drawing Updates: Responsible for updating project drawings, ensuring all team members have access to the most current plans and specifications. Maintain an organized system for version control.
• Subcontractor Communication: Maintain regular contact with subcontractors, fostering positive working relationships. Address their questions and concerns, and coordinate activities for smooth project progression.
• OAC Meetings: Attend Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings, actively listening in on discussions, and taking detailed notes to track project updates and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Project Schedule Updates: Collaborate with the team on updating the project schedule.
• Daily Logs: Support the Tier 2 Superintendent by maintaining daily logs of site activities. Document work progress, site conditions, and any issues that may arise, contributing to a comprehensive project record.
• Takeoffs and Material Removal: Utilizing Bluebeam Revu, I have conducted numerous takeoffs to calculate the quantity and type of materials being reused and removed from site. By taking on the Green Halo responsibility, I have played a vital role in advancing the project's sustainability efforts.
