• Align the strategic objectives of the Athletics and Wellness departments with the institution’s strategic priorities and Comprehensive Institutional Plan
• Work in partnership with Olds College Development Team to drive financial growth for the Athletics and Wellness Departments, securing funding through sponsorships, grants, donor relationships, and fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate with campus leadership and departments to enhance accessibility and education around student services, ensuring a comprehensive support system for students and staff.
• Oversee the Wellness Departmental staffing, including campus nurses, counselors, and administrative personnel, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to institutional goals.

• Direct the overall vision and strategic leadership for Broncos Athletics, driving the program's growth and alignment with institutional priorities.
• Leading and guiding staff with emphasis on optimizing team performance, student-athlete recruitment/retention, budget management, contribution agreements and fostering community engagement for an enhanced student-athlete experience.
• Plan and execute high-profile events including championship tournaments, community-driven events, and strategic fundraising initiatives, significantly increasing program visibility.
• Provided strategic oversight to the Events & Engagement Supervisor and Sports Information Coordinator, ensuring exceptional event execution and experience for athletes, coaches, officials, staff and spectators
• Held/hold key leadership roles within provincial and national athletic conferences, including ACAC Women's Hockey Convener, ACAC Chair of the Sport Sustainability Committee, ACAC Executive Team and Chair of the CCAA Women's Hockey Committee, influencing policy and strategic direction at all levels of collegiate sport
• Fostered positive student-athlete experience by delivering comprehensive support and resources while upholding the Broncos values and commitment to integrity, accountability, collaboration, pride, passion and excellence.
• Administered Athlete Service Contracts in partnership with external providers, securing essential services such as athletic therapy, mental skills training, leadership development, mentorship programs, and strength & conditioning for athletes and staff.
• Managed all eligibility requirements for both the ACAC and Olds College, ensuring compliance in academics, scholarships, and transfers, while supporting student-athlete academic success.

• Collaborated with key community stakeholders to deliver innovative and responsive opportunities that addressed the unique needs of the campus, community, and strategic partners.
• Positioned Olds College as a valued and influential contributor within the community, enhancing its reputation through strategic partnerships and community engagement.
• Led the preparation and submission of municipal, provincial, and event-specific grant applications, securing funding to support key initiatives and programs.

• Collaborated with a diverse range of non-profit organizations and corporate partners in Calgary, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and tailored service delivery.
• Managed multiple client portfolios simultaneously, overseeing projects from initial engagement through to successful completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Oversaw digital initiatives, including web content management, online store creation, and social media campaigns, driving visibility and engagement for various projects and events.

• Partnered with Provincial Sport Organizations to design and implement comprehensive development and high-performance programs for female players, coaches, officials, and volunteers across Canada

• Collaborated with Communications teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, including brochures, posters, website content, and recruitment videos, to elevate the visibility of female hockey.

• Represented Canada as a Mentor Coach at the 2010 and 2012 IIHF Female Youth Development Camps at the Vierumäki Sport Institute, contributing to international coaching and player development.
• Collaborated with the Finnish Ice Hockey Federation and IIHF to create and launch World Girls Hockey Day, now celebrated annually in over 40 countries.
• Drove a 25.4% increase in female hockey registrations in Canada between 2005-2012, contributing to the significant growth of the sport.
• Served as the Staff Administrator for Hockey Canada Female Council, who provides strategic oversight of female hockey at all levels, delivering recommendations to the Board of Directors to promote the growth and development of the sport nationwide.
• Worked with the Coaching Association of Canada and other National Sport Organizations to implement the “We Are Coaches” initiative, empowering female coaches across the country.
