Confidently and collaboratively led a team of 6-10 EMAT Logistics staff, managing roles and responsibilities, troubleshooting, and ensuring that demobilization plans were implemented and completed.
  • Collaborated with community partners/leaders, political leaders, and government officials to ensure completion of the deployment as contracted and assigned.
  • Successfully performed duties of Logistics Supervisor and medical support for the repatriation of Canadians from Wuhan, Japan, seasonal workers in Leamington and Windsor, and Kashechewan during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
  • Coordinated the Logistics Team members for deployment, all organization, set-up, and maintenance of EMAT assets and subsequently, the demobilization of these assets.
