Guided enterprise ESG and public policy efforts, with emphasis on Indigenous, climate and international trade policy. Established GHG emissions reduction targets and led efforts to reimagine corporate processes to ensure targets were achieved (i.e. corporate scorecards, investment review processes, etc). Instrumental in securing $3B+ in sustainable financing for the company. Led creation of Indigenous Lifecycle Engagement Strategy.

Led research and advocacy program at major Canadian think tank based in western Canada. Research focused primarily on regulatory reform and energy and climate issues. Opinion editorials regularly published in national and regional newspapers and magazines. Appeared regularly on national, regional and local television and radio.

Responsible for leading oil market diversification efforts for the Government of Alberta, including economic, market, climate, political and regulatory analysis. Led development and implementation of a strategy to clear political barriers to enhance oil exports from Alberta.
