I wrote alot of my qualifications down but it didn't save. So I'll start over. Im a The lead installer for Lanphar Mechanical. I know the in and outs from Package units with curbs and also elbows. Not alot of residential install but I know how to do them. Anything from splits systems to mini splits. I have have all my tools needed from my pump, recovery machinen core max removal tool. I mean I have it all to much to write down in here. I'd rather talk in person about everything other than naming everything I have. I also have my type 2 EPA certification. And also can bring in all my certifications I have from chillers to water towers. Haven't worked on a bunch but I have the certs. I know all ther is to installs from what AWG wire to for what amps are being used on the AC. Everything from 1PH too 3Ph. Again to much to write down. A sit down would be better.
I was doing seismic anchoring for medical equipment and installing everything and anything from surgical booms to CT Scan machines, Also installing headwall wall systems, running low voltage and high voltage to the products being installed. Installing schedule 80 black pipe for steam sterilizer. Also doing over laps on Bim 360 for pre construction clashes. Doing all The Pack 10 equipment which includes OFCI (Owner furnished contractor installed) , OFVI (Owner furnished vender installed). OFOI (Owner furnished Owner installed). And way to much more to write down. I ran as a PM for most of So Cal Kaiser projects. Excluding to many to mention now. But for starters I ran Kaiser Anaheim, Kaiser San Marcos, Kaiser Sand Canyon. And much more from south county to north county. Ther is to much to put down but that is just a few.
