- After 6 months of being a Bore Rig Steering guy, I became an Assistant foreman

- Taking photographic evidence of before project start, during project, and after project finish, for legal purposes
- Writing all data pertaining to each individual location of work and the outcome of work on data sheets for customer logs
- After being Assistant foreman for 6 months, the last 3 years of this job was spent as Project Administrator
- The duties for this included; Dealing with customers, home owners, county workers, etc., daily
- Taking before, during, after pictures and videos of entire project areas (Houses, streets, sidewalks, etc.) for legal purposes and logging those into computer files and organizing that data
- Managing multiple different job sites and getting the job sites prepped for work by doing USA marks, and calling in to get USA to mark job sites in a timely manner
- Building job folders and job data to specified foreman to work
- Coordinate with county officials, such as county inspector, and foreman, and customer officials to get details pertaining to each job and job requirements
- Partially handle legal issues if they were to arise
