Summary

I am an experienced and motivated professional with nearly two decades of expertise working at Interior Health. I have become a leader within IH North Okanagan, building relationships through trust, mutual understanding, and empathy.

I have extensive knowledge of workplace best practices, labour law, HEABC and union contracts, fiscal stewardship, workplace safety, patient care, and more. I have always been passionate to learn new things and confront new challenges. Moving out of my comfort zone is something I relish.

My greatest strengths include challenging the status quo to strategically develop new ideas and solutions, which also allow me to recognize talent and coach for success.

My unique history and experience at Noric House present an excellent opportunity for competent and compassionate leadership.
