- Before our shifts, we would have to read up on the product we were doing and do a small quiz to sure we were knowledgeable and wet

- We did the ice cream stand in Cowichan exhibition for many years, so detailed, ordering ice cream and keeping everything stocked and well running, as well as the time tables for the families to come and scoop ice cream
- I also took care of all of the tack for the club stored it at my house, ordered new stuff when required and brought it to all of the fair functions that we attended with the kids
- This was a great opportunity being a leader for it taught me leadership skill working well with others or on my own, how to problem-solve and think quick on my feet
