The Beach House consisted of a fine dining kitchen, open-air "oyster bar" kitchen, banquet facilities, bar and live entertainment venue. Developed multiple menu's consisting of bar dining/happy hour, dining room, cocktail, brunch and wine lists.

Managed Bar and Bakery Workgroups at a average 99% product efficiency rate over a six month period.

Planned and executed over 200 weddings.
