  • Providing preventive maintenance and repairs to Haul trucks(777's, 830's, 930's and 980's), Hydraulic shovels (2900 to 8000), Electric shovels P&H 4100 to drag lines.
  • Structural inspections on haul trucks and shovels
  • Built out work orders and quotes for customers and giving progress reports and photos on repairs as needed.
  • Dump body crack repairs, replaced fatigued or damaged; bolsters, gussets, frame rails, body guide pins, floor/wall/canopy sections.
  • Teamed up on new dump body assembly's and many rebuilds in the shop and in the field.
  • Teamed up on dump body swings or 2 point lifts to replace pins and bushings.
  • Minor and major crack repairs on haul truck frames including use of strong backs, presses, pullers, dogs/wedges on some complete frame failures.
  • Repairing or fabricating new components on various pieces of equipment including upgrades and or factory campaigns
  • Rebuilt shovel clams, back walls, side frames and dippers, including crack repairs, build up, replacing; Lip sections, Cheek sections, Ears, Gussets, Lip adaptors, Wear bars/plates and GET.
  • Welding out warn bores and pivots faces and assisting in setting up for machining.
  • Rebuilt ROPS on a damaged 980 haul truck
  • Provided repairs to shovels and draglines during Outages.
  • Assisted HET's on large component change outs; Nose cones, Corner groups, Fuel and hydraulic tanks.

  • Dipper crack repairs on shovel outages
  • D11 side frame crack repairs and build-up
  • Excavator bucket rebuilds with replacing lips, cheeks and wear packages, bore build up.
