I’m a results-driven, people-focused professional with 20 years of experience working in the Federal Government, specifically with the Canada Revenue Agency. Over the years, I’ve supported and developed client-facing programs, led digital transformation projects, created agency-wide strategies and plans, and guided culture change initiatives. I’m skilled at building strong relationships with key stakeholders to get buy-in and work together, helping to integrate efforts and achieve bigger outcomes.
