I’m a results-driven, people-focused professional with 20 years of experience working in the Federal Government, specifically with the Canada Revenue Agency. Over the years, I’ve supported and developed client-facing programs, led digital transformation projects, created agency-wide strategies and plans, and guided culture change initiatives.   • Co-leading the development of the Strategic Investment Plan (SIP) and supporting Major Project Investments (MPI) through the Major Project Investment Oversight Process (MPIOP). The development of the SIP included identifying its objectives, refining the criteria for the assessment of attractiveness and achievability, collaborating with corporate stakeholders on the analysis of proposals, developing communication items to support socialization, and briefing on the SIP to shape the CFO recommendations.
  • Lead analyst for two MPI’s, thus responsible for identifying and correcting anomalies, gaps, and inaccuracies in project documents and leading peer reviews to ensure projects are prepared for committee.
