  • Responsible to 100M direct operational spend, including construction and research spend.
  • Transformed tendering methodologies for both Procurement and Planning, Design and Construction mitigating Laurier's risk of legal action and enhancing our negotiating position
  • Implemented VISA Payable Automation.
