  • Established Purolator’s Data Governance practice through a phased 3-year plan. Created Governance Council; Rolled out Enterprise Data Catalogue of key metrics, through national training sessions; established system of record for reporting client and volume reporting and aligned within Corporate Risk Office; developed Purolator data use policy for analysts and end-users
  • Decommissioned redundant or inaccurate reports in standalone databases, improved costs of non-conformance by 10X productivity improvements

  • Led analytics initiatives that resulted in an overhaul of three disparate Loyalty programs. Standardized measurement across each brand and program.
