Began as a part-time faculty member in 2006 and became a sessional faculty member in 2012. After completing by Master's Degree in December of 2015, I became a continuous faculty member.
After completing my final preceptorship of my nursing degree in labour and delivery at Red Deer Regional hospital, I was hired as a casual RN to work L&D. In December of 2003, I left Red Deer to go work at a Birth Centre in California. I returned back to Red Deer in 2006, where I returned to work in L&D at Red Deer Regional Hospital, working fulltime, and then casual.
