Duties include setting up and tearing down concierge area and my personal yurt of responsibility, overseeing and assisting a team of 16 resort concierges, and providing the best service to my personal guests. My responsibilities to my guests were providing transportation around the venue; giving information about the show, grounds, and the surrounding city; coordinating rides and entertainment for them off site, and making sure they had the best time possible.

    I have worked in high-end customer service for over 20 years I excel at trouble shooting customer problems with confidence and concern for the customer I am comfortable with many computer systems involving ticketing sales and customer information I adapt quickly and easily to new positions and challenges I communicate well verbally and written I do well in leadership roles and also with taking direction from supervisors, and I always get along with coworkers I am actively working to improve my Spanish and can currently communicate on a basic level
