  • Administer personnel policies and procedures for full-time faculty, clinical faculty, staff, and fellows following University Personnel Policy and Affirmative Action Guidelines.
  • Manage personnel process for staff including interviewing, hiring, training, supervision, job review and analysis, evaluation, counseling, merit increases, promotions, special performance awards, disciplinary action, and termination. Also, project and approve overtime and vacations, monitor staffing levels, and mediate personnel conflicts and disputes following University policy.

  • Interpret, counsel, implement, and enforce Department, University, State, and Federal guidelines concerning payroll and personnel administration. Coordinate with Department, Dean’s Office, and Campus, as appropriate.
