• Assist the lead while partnering with other lines of business to fulfill orders for their treat location.
• Load trams and carts safely to deliver completed orders and supplies.
• Operate the liftgate safely while loading and offloading treats.

Back of House Stock Replenishment

• Properly process merchandise in order to replenish assigned work areas, while in constant communication with the lead or stock manager on duty with updates of my area.
• Communicate suggestion of change outs with my Leaders when necessary.
• Assist Guests and Front of House Host/Hostess by using Smart Stock or Product Locator to inquire specific products.
• Operate the cardboard baler while using proper protective gear.

Front Of House Host

• Assist guest with merchandise or questions by providing excellent hospitality skills to create memories for our Guests.
• Able to make independent decisions while partnering with my leaders.
• Assist guest with Merchandise Mobile Checkout to alleviate checkout lines.
• Well-versed in appetize POS
