Project - ABB EL Simplification (Jan 2021 - Sept 2022)

ABB is a global technology company that specializes in manufacturing products and providing solutions and services for enabling sustainable electrification. The project was to build a system on Salesforce platform for internal and external users to access all products and services provided by ABB as well as be a one stop solution for all requirements, from order creation till final delivery and payment along with maintenance requests.

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Worked as a liaison between client and the development team to elicit, analyze and communicate project requirements.
• Created and refined user stories based on business requirements by following the Agile methodology.
• Worked actively and closely with development team to ensure that the user requirements are clearly understood and developed as specified in the acceptance criteria of the user stories.
• Prepared comprehensive training materials and conducted demo sessions for end users on how to use newly released features as part of their daily workflow.
• Used project management tool called Azure to create and maintain user stories and other project artifacts as well as to track the defects from initiation to closure.

Project - Intertek (Sept 2019 - Dec 2020)

Intertek is a Quality Assurance Provider that provides Testing, Assurance and Certifications for various industries worldwide. The project was to create a user-friendly system on Salesforce platform to ensure all the quality assurance processes like audits and approvals were streamlined and conformed to the industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Facilitated communication between stakeholders and technical teams
• Identified and documented business requirements utilizing Agile methodology
• Provided functional support during user acceptance testing cycles
• Provided training sessions to end-users on new software applications and tools
• Configured test environment setup according to project needs for seamless testing
• Participated in daily scrum meetings with development team members to discuss progress towards sprint goals
• Conducted user acceptance tests to ensure product meets customer requirements
• Used project management tool called Jira to manage, update and track project progress and overall defect status.

Project - Southern Glazer's Wines and Spirits (SGWS) (Sept 2017 - Aug 2019)

SGWS is a large wine and spirits distributor in the US. The project was to create a supply chain management system on Salesforce platform for customers and suppliers to be easily able to perform all their transactions with a centralized and consolidated network system to ensure flawless deliveries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Tested implementations in Salesforce CRM in Sales, Service and Einstein Analytics modules.
• Created and maintained test cases and test scripts for all user stories based on the acceptance criteria.
• Documented, triaged and managed defects in HP-ALM and worked with the technical teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Performed unit and regression tests on software and individual modules after each sprint to facilitate seamless production deployments.
• Assisted with defect tracking and reporting.
• Created and maintained databases of known test defects.

Project - Alcon Novartis (Sept 2014 - Sept 2017)

Alcon Novartis is a global pharmaceutical company. This project involved providing transitional support in JD Edwards ERP until the company upgraded the software fully from JD Edwards to SAP.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performed root cause analysis of defects, documented them in the tracking system called TFS and generated weekly reports.
• Gathered and evaluated business requirements for Sales and Distribution and Finance modules.
• Triaged, analyzed and reviewed the defects in the system to segregate them as valid issues or future enhancements based on the original user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identified, addressed and either resolved or escalated project issues.
