I am looking forward to doing what I love, which is serving people. I am organized, enthusiastic, and initiative-taking. I enjoy the challenge of providing world-changing customer service and working with diverse cultures. I have a keen sense of making sure all members of the public are treated with equal value. In my past role as Facility/Fundraising Director for a non-profit rehabilitation center, I was responsible and successful with creating an inclusive, safe, and secure work environment that values diverse cultures, perspectives, and experiences. I facilitated individuals back to their communities equipped with the tools to have successful drug-free, healthy, and employable members of society. Making Confidentiality Protocols (PII) guidelines is a priority for me. In my current role as Service Manager, I have and supervise twenty-six employees under my leadership. This includes scheduling, performance reviews, corrective actions, coaching, induvial development plans, audits, bookkeeping, reconciling cash and maintaining confidentiality. My experience will help to positively support my colleagues and provide excellent customer service.
