  • Customer Service/Marketing/Problem Solving, As a maintenance coordinator with Home Depot, had to handle multiple work orders & phone calls from the field – first use of multi-tasking – received many commendations from store level as to my manner & attention to detail, Follow up skill developed through fixture purchasing – had to ensure that fixtures were delivered on time or better for new store deliveries:, Developed an e-mail protocol to ensure that orders were delivered on time; if not, an automatic e-mail would be sent to the vendor and to myself – allowed for better transparency and accountability, Implemented a vendor fine program for late deliveries – 1K, 5K, and 10K progressively for each subsequent instance., As an associate when first starting out and previously, as an assistant manager, have received many commendations from customers as to my level of detail, my follow up, and my ability to handle stressful situations., While at Thermal Systems, worked with various GC’s, architects and owners to work through complicated details and tie-ins to ensure proper building envelope was achieved, Worked with rH Carter in Toronto to establish a set of specific details and specifications for Ford Canada and GM Canada, Built Thermal Systems’ exposure within the car dealership marketplace; 20 dealerships either finished, bid or awarded in past 6 months – worth $1M, Worked to ensure full transparency with homeowners, adjusters and reviewers so all interested parties were always up to date with the most current status and information, Oversaw 10-15 private claims during the flood, made sure that the homeowners were apprised of pricing, where it was being derived from (xactimate, industry standard) and what they would be charged, Despite being new to the industry have made a number of connections within all the insurance companies, from IA’s to the larger companies (Intact, Travelers, Kernaghan, Claimspro, Sedgwick), When time to invoice, my AR report never had more than 200K in 60-90 days past paid, Since the end of our previous fiscal year (FYE 20) I have developed relationships with a number of new property managers (Peka Professional Property Management, Charter PM, Connelly & Co, Boardwalk) to create new business and become reliant on new revenue streams, FYE 19 & FYE 20 both netted sales achievements of greater than 2.6M, with an overall profit margin between both emergency and rebuild phases of 56%
