As a proven administrator with integrity and strong core values, my priority is to build strong relationships and provide effective leadership to serve teachers, students, parents, and the educational community. My experience in leading IEP/504 and SST teams has contributed to providing students with the services they need to succeed.

I have over 20 years as an administrator in the public sector, one year of experience as a secondary principal, and eight years of professional experience as a support administrator and classroom teacher. I am confident in my ability to provide solid leadership as a candidate for the advertised Principal position.

During my tenure as a classroom teacher, I had the opportunity to lead and mentor several teachers during our PLC activities. I am committed to providing my teachers and staff with continuous and effective guidance and support to ensure continuous professional growth and personal development. By evaluating their performance and identifying areas of improvement, I fostered a culture of excellence and collaboration. This experience equipped me with the ability to effectively lead and support teachers in their pursuit of excellence. My experience as an administrator provided me insight into CDE law, best practices for school discipline, and adherence to district policies and regulations for effective management of student behavioral challenges.

As a candidate for the Principal position, I am committed to maintaining a structured and disciplined school environment, while also fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere that addresses SEL challenges and encourages student growth and success for all students.
