Primary responsibility was tendering out Roundup shipments thru TMS (Transportation Management System) to external carriers on the Bayer approved list
Ensuring all safety standards were met while meeting company and customer needs for OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery, this was consistently at 98%
Moving approx
3000 plus shipments per year (both FTL & LTL)
Running reports thru SAP to analyze and evaluate freight costs, track KPI's and making sure carriers are picking up and delivering product in a timely manner
Collaborating with distribution colleagues to ensure full shipments were being picked up and looking at ways to improve our processes
Onboarding new employees by introducing them to the Roundup portfolio, the processes used to move Roundup around Western & Eastern Canada and the different tools used at Bayer for effectiveness and efficiency.

Working within a group to review and approve 30,000 plus legal contracts for growers across Canada
Supporting the BayerValue rebate program to pay growers every fall by testing payment logic to ensure accurate calculations which led to 90% of customers being paid on the first cheque run
Collaborating and supporting Eastern Saskatchewan & Western Manitoba sales group (field representatives) providing assistance with grower payments, system issues and rebate programming questions
Accurately mapping grower sales coming from retailers to the correct farm in the Bayer MDM system
Maintaining, updating a large database containing grower and retail information.
