Organizational Change Project Participation: Actively assist in the development and implementation of organizational change projects to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategic plan at different levels and to promote the healthy development of the organization.
Employee Satisfaction Improvement: Assist in assessing and improving workplace satisfaction by participating in employee surveys and analysis, and provide recommendations to promote employee commitment and team effectiveness.
Leadership Development Program Design and Implementation: Participate in the design and implementation of leadership development programs dedicated to helping employees enhance their leadership skills within the organization. Responsible for organizing training workshops to develop leadership potential through cross-functional collaboration.
HR OD Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR OD team to increase strategic understanding of employee development and learn key skills to address change and drive organizational innovation.
Expertise and Skills Enhancement: The internship enriched my expertise, especially in the area of HR OD. Strengthened leadership and problem-solving skills, laying a solid foundation for future career development in HR and OD.
