  • I am currently working as a chef in French-inspired restaurant on the ski hill at Lake Louise. I am part of a 5-person team where we cater for up to 150 skiers and snowboarders daily
  • This is quite a challenging environment due to our location on the mountain and given our complex menu, however I am trained on all stations and able to execute our menu confidently.
