As a Customer Care Representative I was in charge of providing friendly, helpful and professional service to assist the incoming calls and e-mails of customers. Since this position was an at-home position I was required to maintain a noise free environment to take customers call.

Troubleshot and repair complex electronic systems, employing the latest test equipment and procedure digital computers. Maintained fiber optics, infrared detection, radar systems, electricity generation systems, laser electronics, navigation systems, communications equipment, electrical power distribution, pressure indication systems, electric transformers and circuits. Also perform the following functions: testing aircraft instruments and systems such as automatic flight controls, inertial navigation, and compass systems; installing changes, alterations, and modifications to aircraft electronics systems; performing micro-miniature module repair on computer circuit cards. Able to interpret electrical and electronic system diagrams and schematics.

Performed calibration testing on mercury vapor detection equipment. This involved the use of basic technician tools such as digital VOM, and some more advanced tools such as oscilloscopes. The assignment also consisted preventative maintenance on testing systems routinely on daily, weekly and monthly basis using an in-house tester.

Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of military communication systems. Often requires traveling to various remote sites in the world under harsh and stressful conditions to complete tasks. Experienced with soldering to Government standards as well as reading and researching schematics and drawings. Troubleshooting and repair work to component level.

Responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of production equipment. This equipment consists of wet etch tool sets. A member of the shift safety team as well as site auditors for equipment in my respective area. Recently certified to level three technician and continuing training towards level four.

Install, maintain and troubleshoot cable system network. System includes cable television, high speed data and telephone. Networks consist of home as well as commercial accounts. Provide knowledgeable and courteous customer service.OJT on fiber optic splicing

Skillfully worked on the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all electronic equipment on ship and shore. Specialized on the shipboard and shore based air traffic control equipment. Maintained scheduling log for my work center and reported any equipment casualties.
