- Manage all in-service support projects for the Canadian Navy – including the Arctic Offshore Patrol Vessels, Halifax & Submarine Class and the Repair and Overhaul line. This is part of MAN’s on-going mission to help support the operational effectiveness of the fleet as well as the National Shipbuilding Strategy.
- Identify key stakeholders and nurture relationships to ensure the objectives and expectations are in alignment throughout the life cycle of a project. This ensures projects are within budget and on-time.
- Responsible to bring MAN’s 35+ colleagues together to ensure ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 standards are in good standing. This is integral to show our customers and industry that we are part of the leading edge of doing business the right way.
- Oversee the complete overhaul and maintenance of MAN’s integrated management system. This is an on-going initiative that will help eliminate inefficiencies and become more profitable.
