Supervises Security Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more clients sites

• Acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed and that required reports are filed
• Notifies proper authorities and clients in emergency situations
• Oversees the day-to-day operations on 4 sites

Raising of "Love Funds", established ERMI SCHOOL in collaboration with IT developers in Tunis

In addition to my full-time guards, in charge of administrative functions such as payrolls and billings
