-Build a variety of construction projects

~Schools/Low rise buildings/Rec centers/Health centers/Condos/Townhouses/Caribou breeding facility

~Our scope of work in most of these style of projects revolves around Concrete foundations/Concrete walls/Concrete suspended slabs/Wood framing/Gluelam structures/Clt and Nlt panels

-Hire/Fire/Manage crews and multiple jobsites with crews ranging from 3-20 people.

-Hire and manage sub contractors to disperse work load and keep schedule on track.

-Manage vendors such as:

~Construction building products

~Machine and tool rentals

~Concrete pumping companies

~Concrete supply companies

-Help with Bidding and future scheduling

-Run a total station for large scale layout

~Excavation/Building position and elevation/Intricate components

-Hire/Training of new employees

-Operate self erect cranes and necessary machinery

-Coordinate with other trades such as Plumbing/Electrical/Civil/Iron workers/Roofers/Exterior cladders/etc.

-Coordinate with Architects/Engineers/Consultants realistic goals and accurate interpretation of the blueprints

-Built a business based around framing

-Started small with small sub contract work but eventually built it to Custom homes in North Vancouver/British Properties and town house construction in Vancouver and burnaby.

-At my peak I was handling 3 jobs with crews 6-12

-Business failed to being young at the time not knowing then, how to manage and run a fast scaling business and neglected proper infrastructure and checks and balances to monitor cashflow, quality and training. Plus a really poor choice in business partner with nothing to offer in the long term.
