  • Served as a Project Manager in the coordination and administration of development of water, wastewater, and recycled water projects including transmission mains, treatment facilities, pressure reducing stations, wells and SCADA systems with budgets varying from $30,000 to $5 million.
  • Developed implemented our Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Integrated Project Controls, Assessment and Reporting system.
  • Updated several of the agency’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) such as Community Outreach, Project Development from Feasibility to Design to Construction and Lessons Learned Best Practices.
  • Managed multi-year On-Call Design and On-Call Construction and Inspection contracts with pre-qualified firms to support the CIP Divisions $30-$60 million annual project budget.
  • Supervised and coordinated the work of consultants and contractors by explaining and providing the agency standard design and construction procedures, reviewing their work for conformance with the local, state, and federal standards, and resolving procedural and policy questions.
