I have always exceeded in leadership roles and enjoyed setting strong examples for newer staff across my career. I also took these skills when I started up a new football club and Managed it for 2 years, which still plays in Blackpool today. I have a passion for problem solving and can be very good at spotting patterns either visually or on paper. I qualified in Health and Safety in 2025 and especially enjoyed learning about work place health and safety culture, which I explored heavily on my exam. I tend to learn very quickly and open to further studies such as Food Hygiene qualifications. I am very good at self study such as food hygiene legislations and practices, as well as health and Safety in general. I have a great passion in the jobs I do, dedicating a lot of my time ensuring the business thrives, feeling great pride. I have lots of guest service experience and I am very good at understanding from their perspective how rare of a treat their visit can be.
