  • Oversee training and management of bar staff. The bar staff consisted of 10 full time bartenders, 3 part-time or relief bartenders and 4 barbacks; a total of 17 people. Training would include duties such as hiring and firing staff. Weekly meetings on liquor pour counts, instructing the bar staff.
  • Responsible for weekly scheduling and scheduling for events and parties.
  • Alcohol inventory and ordering. Mainly dealing with liquor distributors such as Southern, Straub, Harbor and Wine Warehouse to determine the amount of liquor and beer needed for the upcoming week.
  • Manage effective working relationships with all vendors whether it be promoters, liquor distributors or the Health Department.
