
Over three and a half years in a fast-paced kitchen environments, I consistently follow strictly workplace policies and direction from chef, ensuring to tasks are completed efficiently and with strong team work.
Through my experience in hospitality, I have developed empathy, patience, and strong communication skills, reflecting my genuine care and passion for serving others. Although, English is not my first language, I continually strive to improve and communicate effectively. I am currently working as a line cook, responsible for food preparation, meat butchering, vegetable processing, broth making, and portioning. Ensuring smooth kitchen operations with a strong focus on fast-paced cooking, including assembling dishes, grilling, and deep-frying, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork.
As an assistant cook, my duties involve assisting chefs and cooks with food preparation, service of food, cleaning, transporting food and assisting in other related duties as required.
