- I have been an employee with Miracle Ear since 2016 as a client care coordinator where I was able to schedule appts, answer phones, data entry, maintain files, inventory, and customer service
- In 2018 I accepted the position of CCC support and was able to build skills helping others problem solve and work Sycle systems.
- In 2020 I started helping where needed in training / onboarding our new hires and my passion grew with global TrainUP and TrainUP+ Advanced Coaching programs.
- In 2022 I became a full-time trainer working with CCC/HCP across Canada. Working on developing material for training new hires and M&A clinics.
