Networking with Organizations and Municipalities associated with the deep civil construction industry. Continuing to develop strong relationships with Metro Vancouver Regional District and the City of Vancouver meet as well as a variety of Engineers to ensure company represented products are specified on current or future projects. Assist with coaching new team members in product knowledge and sales. In my previous role with Iconix Waterworks I was the Regional Sales Manager, based in Edmonton, AB. My responsibilities were to ensure the team meets the obligations and objectives of the company initiatives that require implementation throughout the business regions. Create a collaborative team environment that aligns with the company vision and expectations. Empower and coach the Account Managers by clearly defining the expectations of their role, while providing the needed resources to execute and meet their obligations to the business.
