• Maintain list of program contacts in each Department and Public Agency.
• Assist in prioritizing new funding approved proposals.
• Manage Service Contracts, Amendment Letters & Briefing Notes.
• Train new employees on Managing Service Contact and Briefing Notes.
• Attend Workshops & Seminar such as Records Management & Procurement.
• Maintain the attendance register.
• Check office stock to determine supply levels and maintain inventory.
• Provide general administrative support to staff members.

• Planing & coordinate Projects for special Language Month Events, Nunavut’s Celebration of Uqausirmut Quviasuutiqarniq.
• Developing work plans for UQ month based on theme & travel to Nunavut Communities.
• Managing and Completing Service Contracts & Briefing Notes.
• Establishing & maintaining calendar of events for Nunavut’s celebration of UQ month.
• Assisting, organizing the annual Inuktut Qilaut Song Writing Contest.
• Working closely with the Corporate Services & Policy & Planning.
• Producing, publishing & distributing special UQ month promotional items in four Nunavut’s official languages.
• Presenting & launching UQ month projects to public, Nunavut trade shows, media e.g. CBC North Igalaaq News Program and theatres.

· Office Procedures-Advanced (Level 2).

• Introductory teaching methods, Inuktitut orthography & grammar, reading and writing Inuktitut, perceptual motor development, cultivating language & thought, elementary school mathematics, elementary school science, experiences in communication, education & administration institutions, foundations in movement education, teaching social studies, cultural skills, teaching science, use & adaptation of curricular and reading methods in Inuktitut.
