- Judgment/thinking reflects professional standards of care, practice, and code of ethics in providing effective and safe resident outcomes
- Administrating medication within the LPN scope of practice in compliance with laws and standards
- Maintaining and monitoring records that show the resident physical and mental status
- Performing routine assessment and ongoing observation of resident health status, acting on observation as needed, and reporting to the health care provider
- Accurately performs treatments utilizing sterile or clean techniques
